MATURE MOVERS

(16+, safe exercise for those with long-term conditions). BOOKING REQUIRED.

PILATES

Beginner/intermediate session. Pilates is a mind-body exercise method. It emphasizes core strength, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled movements and breathing techniques. Pilates aims to improve posture, balance, and overall fitness while also reducing the risk of injury.

(16+) A slower-paced version of football that’s ideal for staying active and social in a safe, supportive environment.

(16+) Looking for a fun way to stay active and meet new people? Boccia is a gentle, accessible indoor sport.

LINE DANCING

Choose our open class or a more experienced group. Bring suitable shoes for a sports hall and a water bottle. Open to all ages (children must be accompanied by an adult; may not be suitable for younger children)
