MEETING ROOMS
Our range of meeting rooms provides flexible setups to best suit your needs whether you are hosting a meeting, delivering dance or physical activities, holding a conference, having a birthday party, or need quiet spaces to talk and learn. All of the spaces have wifi access and can be provided with 100-inch LCD screens with soundbars and a Fisheye camera to handle any virtual conferencing needs and can accessed through HDMI or a USB. Flipcharts, pull screens and a projector are available and we can also provide refreshments and light lunches.
All the rooms are fully accessible, with a lift to help people to the upper floor if required. Our Hub Team will be happy to work with you to get everything right for booking and be on hand to support you if you need us.
The Dewar Suite
The Dewar Suite is a flexible space with multi-purpose flooring that can host a range of activities, conferences, events, parties dancing, presentations, or meetings. It can be set up to suit your needs and can hold up to 100 people theatre-style or 60 cabaret-style. There is free wifi, 2 X 100-inch LCD screens with soundbar, and a Fisheye camera to handle any conferencing needs, and can accessed through HDMI or a USB. We can also supply a pull-up screen and projector if required for your activity.
The Dewar Suite can be divided into 2 smaller spaces.
Dewar room 1
Dewar Room 1 can seat 40 people theatre-style, or 20 people cabaret-style with a 100-inch LCD screen with a soundbar and Fisheye camera to handle any conferencing needs and can be accessed through HDMI or USB.
Dewar room 2
Dewar Room 2 can seat 50 people theatre-style, or 25 people cabaret-style with a 100-inch LCD screen with a soundbar and Fisheye camera to handle any conferencing needs and can be accessed through HDMI or a USB.
Training room
Our training room provides a quiet space for learning and activities. There are 12 individual workspaces, with a central meeting table and we can provide a 100-inch LCD screen with a soundbar and Fisheye camera to handle any conferencing needs and can accessed through HDMI or a USB. The room is enabled with wifi, however, access to the internet is also available via a hardwire connection.
Life Skills room
This unique space combines a fully fitted homestyle kitchen, soft seating, and a large family-size dining table to provide a flexible room that be used for so many activities. It can hold up to 24 people for meetings but also is an ideal space for small quiet meetings, delivering life skills training, play sessions, small group work, cooking lessons, or craft activities the list is endless. We can provide a 100-inch LCD screen with a soundbar and Fisheye camera to handle any conferencing needs and can be accessed through HDMI or a USB.
Hot Desks
Need to work in our community? We can offer you a hot desk whether you need a workspace for a few hours a day or a couple of days a week or a month in our hot desk office which has space for 13 people. This space is wifi enabled and you will have access to a black and white printer, staff kitchen, and toilets. There is a meeting table and a small breakout space in this bright and spacious room on the upper floor of the building, which can be accessed via a lift if required.
Small Rooms
Meeting Room 1 is on the ground floor, we have a small space which is great for small confidential meetings for up to 4 people. The room can be set up with soft seating or a more formal table and chairs. The room has wifi and we can supply a laptop if needed.
On the upper floor, we have a bright, small multi-purpose space. The room has handwashing facilities and wifi access and can be used for a range of activities and meetings for up to 6 people. This room is fully accessible, and there is a lift if required. We can provide a 100-inch LCD screen with a soundbar and Fisheye camera to handle any conferencing needs which can be accessed through HDMI or a USB.
